Personal computer summary from English listening level 2 unit 99 (article 99)

    This article talk about personal computer become very widespread in the period between 1980s and 1990s. This machine has changed people’s lifestyles in several ways. Before 1980, only companies and governments could by a computer, and it was hard for normal people owned a computer.

    After that, people were able to afford to buy a computer in the late eighties, because this machine became much cheaper, faster, and smaller.

    In 2000, the computer became very common, every person was able to use computer to preform calculation and write essays (articles) and letters.
